Q: What is SecuKEEPER?

Q: Why do I need encryption?
A: Data on almost every computer is vulnerable. There is no privacy at all on most PC's. Privacy is something that we take for granted in the real world but do not pay much attention to, in the digital world. Your PC is open, vulnerable and totally accessible to any one from your neighbor who shares the cable modem to the proverbial 13 year old ! Q: What are the system requirements to use SecuKEEPER?
A: SecuKEEPER can perfectly work on Microsoft Windows(Windows 2000/XP/2003), on file systems such as FAT, FAT12, FAT32, NTFS, NTFS with EFS, etc.
The SecuKEEPER encrypt and hide can perfectly work on all all 32 bit versions of Microsoft Windows(Windows 95/98/NT4/ME/2000/XP/2003), on file systems such as FAT, FAT12, FAT32, NTFS, NTFS with EFS, etc.
Q: Does data stored on the private coffer of SecuKEEPER remain available after having reinstalled system?
A: If you have not format the prartition which place the private coffer, you can reopen your private coffer, all the data store on the private coffer is available.
Q: Should I close all the Private coffer before shutting down my computer?
A: No, the private coffer will be automatically closed while system is shutdown.
Q: Can I move the private coffer to another directory, can I reopen it?
A: Yes, all the data are stored on you’re a virtual-disk-file, you can reopen it after moved. And you can even move it to another computer and open it by SecuKEEPER with correct password.
Q: How to uninstall the SecuKEEPER?
A: Dont try to directly delete the program folder, You can use 'WIndows Uninstall Program' from control panel, or use 'SecuKEEPER Uninstall from the SecuKEEPER program folder to remove the program from your computer.
Q: If there are any bugs of SecuKEEPER, What can i do to report the bugs?
A: After testing SecuKEEPER on all versions of Windows for about Six months on lots of different computers, we didn't find a single bug. But we won’t say “Never” so, if you find a bug, please mail us or write in our forum. Send us the error code or error number and tell us what you were doing when it happened. If it’s a “blue screen of death,” then let us know its error number. If the bug seems caused by installation of a new application, let us know the name of it. We’re striving for the perfect program and we will really appreciate your help.
Q: If i want to suggest a new feature for the future releases, What can i do?
A: We give high priority to our customers’ suggestions for future versions of our software. If you have a feature request, please write in our forum or mail us to suggest it.
Q: What is the Unique Second Master Password? How do I get it?
A: The Master Password is used to Unlock Password Manager, In SecuKEEPER there are two Master Passwords: The first Master Password( You set in registered version) and The second Master Password(registration key). Enabling the Master Password allows people who have forgotten their passwords(store in the Password Manager) to use the Master Password to find out the forgotten Passwords. The second Master Password is checked in the registered version by default, can be unchecked if you feel it would be even safer for you. It is useful to keep it, as it is the only way you can get your files back if you have forgotten your password and the first Master Password, so we do strongly recommend that you choose Yes unless you have a very good memory!
Q: How to remove everyday tips?
A: Uncheck the Show Everyday Tips checkbox in the Options area.
